Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled moving date to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within this period will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the total service cost. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our resources and provide the best possible service to all our customers.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, no fees will be applied, and any deposits paid will be fully refunded. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs while maintaining our commitment to service excellence.

If you need to reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new moving date without additional charges, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the original moving date.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods to ensure convenience for our customers. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your moving date and services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.

All payments must be completed before the final delivery of your belongings. For corporate clients, we offer invoicing options with payment terms of up to 30 days, subject to prior agreement. Please contact our billing department for more details on setting up a corporate account.
